The Board of Directors, at its meeting of February 27th 2023, approved the annual report for fiscal year 2022.
The profit achieved amounted to CHF 16,397,000 (-27%).
The decrease is mainly due to transitional valuations of certain balance sheet items that will be reabsorbed in the financial year 2023.
