BPS (SUISSE) - End-of-year useful information

As the festive period approaches we would like to give you some useful information about the management of your accounts:

OPENING/CLOSING HOURS BRANCHES

• 23 December 2023: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed
• 24-26 December 2023: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed
• 30-31 December 2023: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed
• 1st January 2024: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed
• 2nd January 2024: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed
  Except for:
  - St. Moritz: open the whole day
  - Pontresina: open only in the morning
  - Celerina: open only in the afternoon
• 6 January 2024: The Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be closed with the exception of the agency of Castasegna, which is open from 08:30 to 11:30

SUBMITTING ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ORDERS

• 22 December 2023: Payment orders transmitted by 3 p.m. via GoBanking will be processed on the same day
• 29 December 2023: Payment orders transmitted by 3 p.m. via GoBanking will be processed on the same day

SUBMITTING STANDARD PAYMENT ORDERS

• 29 December 2023: Standard payment orders submitted before end of business on 27.12.2023 will be processed in 2023
