The Shareholders’ Meeting of the Banca Popolare di Sondrio will be held on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 at 4 pm at the Bank’s registered office (Sondrio).
The Shareholders with voting rights who are planning to attend the meeting may do so, free of charge, by delegation to the Designated Representative, who must be designated by no later than 28 April 2025 in the manner indicated at the following address: https://istituzionale.popso.it/en/investor-relations/shareholders-meeting.
