The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Banca Popolare di Sondrio will be held on Monday, 10 May 2021, and on second call on Tuesday, 11 May 2021, at 10 am at the Bank’s registered office (Sondrio).
The Shareholders with voting rights who are planning to attend the meeting may do so, free of charge, by delegation to the Designated Representative, who must be designated by no later than 6 May 2021 in the manner indicated at the following address: https://istituzionale.popso.it/en/investor-relations/shareholders-meeting.
